Capital Thai is open for lunch Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 3.00 PM.
Dinner is from 5.30 PM until 10.30 PM on Fridays and until 11:00 PM on Saturdays. Capital Thai is fully licensed 7 days and has a cocktail bar. All major credit cards are accepted.

The Atrium room for private functions seats up to 60 - 70 people and is excellent for small corporate groups, cocktail parties and wedding functions. The Atrium is available every Saturday and Sunday for lunch and is open 7 days for dinner (conditions apply).

Capital Thai opened in August 2003 and offers authentic modern Thai cuisine amidst timber style decoration, combined with high ceilings, cushioned chairs and the comfort of air conditioning.

Your Host, Jarun: From February 1999 to 2002, Jarun was president of the Thai Restaurant Association of NSW. Jarun continues to play an active role in the promotion of Thai cuisine and the maintenance of best industry standards. Thai food has been increasingly popular over recent years and has won a deserved place in global culinary culture. In keeping with this desirable trend and with the benefit of more than 18 years in restaurant operation, Jarun Pompanya has opened these elegant new premises near the Capitol Theater, which he has simply called CAPITAL THAI RESTAURANT.
